NDT scam to get personal details

Dear collegues.
I have just recieved an e-mail which appears to have obtained my e-mail address from this forum.
This e-mail requests perfonal information for what appears to be the NDT conference in China, but I believe it to be a scam.
Below is the letter.
Has anyone else had a similar request for information, and is it genuine?

I am helping the ChSNDT in international communications. Please see the forwarded message requesting you to fill out eh attached information form. The ChSNDT made a mistake in you e-mail address's domain name. I have corrected it and therefore re-send the message to you.
