RESUME
Dans cet article, nous présentons un logiciel d'aide à la conception des capteurs à courants
de Foucault qui fonctionnent sur des cibles multi-couches. Outre l'aspect "Conception", ce
logiciel est un outil de traitement des signaux et peut être utilisé dans la mesure des
épaisseurs métalliques ou des propriétés électrique et magnétique des matériaux
conducteurs.
ABSTRACT
Software for Eddy current sensors operating on layered targets
In this article, we present an eddy-current sensors design software. These sensors can operate
on multi-layer targets. Beside the "Design" aspect, the software offers signal processing tools
which can be utilized in metallic thickness and materials properties measurements.
