RESUME
La compétivité des productions aéronautiques nécéssite l'implication dés l'amont de l'ensemble des
métiers concernés. Les Investigations et Contrôles Non Destructifs possédent, de la conception à la
maintenance, un fort potentiel dans ce processus d'unification. Ils peuvent introduire tôt l'approche
inspectabilité, offrir des solutions de contrôle de procédés, assurer un suivi d'essais en certification,
optimiser les plans de maintenance. A travers ces aspects, nous montrons comment s'intègrent les
IND / CND dans ce concept de Cycle de Vie Unifiée des pièces.
ABSTRACT
New NDI/NDT concepts in aeronautical industry
To reduce the costs and cycles related to production and maintenance NDT, it is necessary to
have Non Destructive parties involved strongly upstream. Indeed, when following the
development cycle, the NDT can provide inspectability prediction at the early CAD level, assure
process control or more provide a test monitoring during certification. These examples will
show how the NDT approach takes part of the unified life cycle concept.
