RESUME
Un banc d'examen ultrasonore de tubes gaines de combustible par sonde multiéléments et
ses performances sont présentées. Les sondes utilisées par cette technologie sont à la fois
performantes et polyvalentes, offrant à un dispositif une grande flexibilité d'applications
(contrôle d'état de santé et contrôle dimensionnel); leur simplicité mécanique de mise en
oeuvre, ainsi que les fortes cadences accessibles sont autant d'atouts pour répondre aux
besoins industriels.
ABSTRACT
Ultrasonic phased-array encircling probe for tube inspection
A phased array ultrasonic testing system for clad fuel is presented as well as test results. The
high quality readings and multiple uses of these probes give the set-up great flexibility (wear
and sizing examination); mechanical simplicity and high inspection rate are characteristics
which allow us to answer industrial needs.
