Active structural elements matrix can be manufactured as one or several composite point or ribbon lays with crossing in one or different levels depending on the direction of working loads, the type of manufactured from this material constructions, defect permissible size and so on.
Information from active structural elements matrix is gathered with the help of collection and analysing information system, analysed according to corresponding algorithm and monitored together with defect location and main characteristics or anomalous stress distribution places and other recording parametres indication to the situated in pilot (operator) cabin display. Exit to light or sound signalling, corresponding active elements of reverse link can be additionally provided; information recording to any carrier can also be realized. Such system can generate, record and analyse electrical, optical, magnetical, acoustical emission and other signals.
Build-in non-destructive control systems with intellectual materials keeping different types of active elements utilization constructive principles are examined; itpermits to carry out defects appearance self-control, its identification and localization, response reaction to the external influence and stressed state correction.
