
Scanning along the setted trajectory with definite speed and according to special algorithm defects registration control is supposed to be carried out in this work.During magnetic powder control in the case of controlling part magnetization in running field magnetic induction vector, keeping its quantity and direction, moves along setted trajectory with definite speed and direction of its moving is coincide with current alternation in phases. Appeared during this process effect formed nonuniformitive scattering fields above cracks (if cracks existed) and these fields remained after magnetizaling current was switched off. Thus providing conditions of revealing of disorientated defects by the means of residual magnetization under single magnetization exposure and the following defects analysing by detector are created.
During infrared control object surface scanning by heater is carrying out alond the specially selected axis, transverse to which vertical defects (cracks) are situated. Analysis according to corresponding algorithms of heat fields in frontal, sided and back areas of passing heater gives an opportunity to reveal and identificate fatigue cracks in casing (surface and subsurface), separation of casing and honeycomb block in different depths, presence and, approximately, level of moisture in honeycomb blocks, corrosion, places of glue films superposition, forcing inclusions during one pass.
Besides productivity increase worked out methods permit to lower price of control, expenditure of electric power and to decrease specific consumption of materials.
