POSTER is related to ultrasound detection of "SWR" nugget for criticalmechanical components like suspension . Spot welding resistance under control regards steel sheets (either 2 or 3elements ) with differences thickness, naked and coated ( with aluminium and zinc layers) . Special optimization has been inserted in the u.s. detection system to identified all the defects that could compromise the mechanical resistance of the final part
