Revision of EN 473: Practical Implications on Certification of NDT Personnel.

Abstract
The requirements for qualification and certification of operators performing Non Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections is described in several standards, such as EN 473. The EN 473 is now in the stage of revision. This paper deals with practical implications for the (proposed) revisions for EN 473 together with some implications for differences with other existing standards.
