Certification body of NDT personnel in Belarus was accredited by TGA in 1993 on compliance to EN 45013 and EN 473. In 1996 Certification body was accredited by Republican certification body (Gosstandart of Belarus).
Process of preparation for accreditation is the most important in the organisation life not only from the point of view of final purpose to be reached but for the personnel commitment of the quality assurance.
Quality manual is the main law in quality for the body. This law must be up-to-dated and comply to the actual needs for those who has to fully it. Internal audits are the impacts for analysis of the quality system functioning and for the system development. Documentation becomes the most conservative part of the system. A moment comes when documents of the Quality system don't meet the level of the problem understanding and organisation of works. The body have to review its quality system starting with its policy and organigramme.
