Systematic individual certification is to provide technical condition control of the whole range of plant equipment with due regard for quality of designing, manufacturing and mounting, service conditions, maintenance and repair system efficiency and the results of technical examination will allow to forecast change of equipment technical condition with a high degree of reliability. In total realization of the enumerated measures allows to lay a practical foundation for going from the system of scheduled and preventive repairs to scheduled diagnostic repairs .
Solution of the abovementioned problems is connected with the necessity of collection, storage and analysis of a large body of source information, performing compicated calculations with the use of achievements in various branches of modern technical science. So the most optimum way of solution is to form an information and analytical system (IAS) of certification prediction of technical of plant equipment technical state which presents a set of special purpose programme products oriented to the modern electronic facilities of information accumulation, processing and storage. IAS will relieve to a considerable extent the personnel of chief mechanic services, technical supervision departament of having to process source information, perform complicated calculations. IAS provides the user proms and timely access to a wide spectrum theoretically and technically substantiated solutions connected with provision of reliable and safe service of petrochemical equipment.
Based on the above-mentioned principles the authors developed computer information- analytical system (L\S) which presents an integrated automated complex for collection, storage, systematization and analytical processing of nonuniform information. At present IAS is introduced and successfully functions the refinery "Ufaneftekhim".
Te proposed decision allows to intensify activity plant subdivision responsible for operate reliability of technological equipment, considerably reduce financial expenditures on repair at the expense of optimizing preventive maintenance and diagnostic schedule.
