
In the study on the basis of approximation of magnitization change of material on specific cycles of hysteresis loop the theoretical analysis of influence of materials product sizes and properties on sensitivity of their parametres measured during magnetization in open magnetic circuit of products parameters with structuresensible parameter of materials and interfering factor is carried out. It was shown that connected with unsufficient magnetization of products decreasing of sensitivity of measured parameters to tested properties of products in open magnetic circuit and growing influence of inconstancy in sizes of products and intensity of magnetizing field result to additional physical limitations on opportunities of this method. Recommendations for choosing magnetic parameters and regions of application of magnetization in open magnetic circuit during the testing of physical and mechanical properties by a magnetic method are given.
