Data acquisition, processing, visualisation and storage in graphical multitasking operating system give a wide range of possibilities in co-operation with other applications and peripheral devices as well as communication with remote machines or networks.
Eddy current boards programs display and store the measurement data from the variety types of probes. Signal filtering, phase rotation and automatic balance are applied to the signal visualised in polar co-ordinates and both X and Y axis, versus time. All the board parameters can be selected from each of 16 working channels or saved andrestored from the disk file. Two monitors with adjusted phase range and amplitudethreshold levels have separate visual and sound alarms. Polar display can be set to selferasing mode with pre-set visible data length and strip chart recorder mode can beselected for the time domain display. Signal measurements can be performed on lineor after storage in memory, buffer or in disk file.
Separate dynamically linked libraries (DLL's) contain the sets of all control functions and are provided for each measurement board to make further software development easier.
