Abstract
For IR defectoscopy of cement Uns the data, obtainned from scanning units of thermal monitoring about themperature distribution over an operating cement kiln surface, can be used. Local deviattion of experimental data from calculated one can be used to identify defects of a kiln body. Fig. 1 |
The given computer model of thermal processes allows to calculate temperatures pattern both at a surface and inside a body. The model allows to perform calculation of a multy-layer ring structure of a body with a granular mixture - clinker, roasted inside it (Fig. 1).In calculation the following processes areMulty-layertaken into account:- convective heat transfer with surroundingmedium at an outer kiln surface;
- heat transfer trough heat conduction insidematerials of a kiln body;
- convective heat transfer with a gas, flowinginside a kiln body;
- kiln rotation about its axis;
- clinker material mass transfer.
The whole object is presented as a complex of Dirichlet cells [1] in three-dimensional cylindrical coordinates (R -
- Z -geometry).The equations of a heat balance, written for cells, represent a finit-defferent model of thermal processes in a kiln. For solution of these equations the method of splitting is used. For further development of a model it is suppoused to take into account chemical processesin clinker and gas.
