The improvement of technological safety is connected with the increase of losses caused by accidents at nuclear, chemical, biological installations, on gas and oil pipelines, during natural disasters.
The improvement of social and economic safety is connected with the solution of problems of detection of weapons, explosives, radionuclides, forged papers and bank notes, protection of territories, struggle against terrorism.
Ensuring ecological safety is connected with the rapid development of equipment for ecological diagnostics.. One analyses the trends of development of equipment for diagnostics of contamination of soil and air environment, pollution of water resources, forecast of earthquakes, monitoring systems for big territories, regional diagnostic centers, mobile laboratories.
The most complex object for diagnostics is a person. The number of types of instruments for medical diagnostics is several times less then the number of instruments for technical diagnostics, however the volume of sells is superior in numbers in the same times.
The paper includes the descriptions, characteristics and trends of the developments of the MSIA "Spectrurn" in all above-mentioned directions.
