Benchmark Test on Improved ECT Probe Based on FLUXSET Sensor

ABSTRACT
An improved ECT probe based on Fluxset sensor [I] and measurement system is presented in this paper. The basic experimental setup was published during the ENDE '97 workshop [2]. Based on the previous experiments a new and improved probe has been developed and tested in order to obtain information about the performance of the measurement system. The signal/noise ratio of the output signal was determined in case of different type of cracks and in case of lift-off and tilting errors which were proposed in ENDE'97 [3].
