Due to the availability of a new ET instrument TEDDY, designed and manufactured by Tecnatom, it was agreed to develop the new entire software environment under Windows NT OS. This allowed to include new features, which increase the automatization process of the inspections. In this sense, new applications were included: a Work-Flow Control for both acquisition and analysis process, automatic push-puller and remote fixtures control (for multi-tube inspection and air detection), a data base for data input and output, and new features for a new and powerful automatic data analysis system.
