ABSTRACT
The development of calculated procedures of an estimate of serviceability of obturating junctions and interleafs of various types is bound to acceptance of their idealized models. For a multifold estimate of adequacy of the calculated plans and models in relation to an actual product the comparisons of calculated and experimental outcomes will be carried out. In this connection will increase a role of experimental methods permitting to realize checkout both improvement of the calculated plans and models. In the present report the outcomes of experimental examination of obturating junction of RBMK type reactor are submitted at various magnitudes of axial gain, use of interleafs of various types, with application of original procedures based on use of methods of coherent optics. The following outcomes are obtained:
The minimum axial gains of a loading of interleafs ensuring continuous contact of a face surface of an interleaf with a bottom of a nest of obturating are defined;
The distributions of contact pressures on a face surface of an interleaf are obtained at various values of an axial loading and types of used interleafs;
The force factors operating in obturating junction, such as, frictional force operating on outside and interior surfaces of an interleaf are defined and as the axial force, with which interleaf works on a face surface of a bottom of a nest of obturating.
At definition of minimum axial gain of a loading of interleafs the procedure of visualization of a surface of contact based on filing of holographic interferograms of an explored surface of contact in bands of a terminating breadth was used at various values of an axial loading. The bands of contact in this case were determined on ruptures in a system of carrier interference fringes. The distributions of contact pressures on a face surface of interleafs were defined with the help of a procedure of measuring of contact pressures based on filing of modifications of contrast of interference fringes such as Young, owing to a nonreversible modification of an initial microrelief of a surface, in a point of measuring. Keywords: obturating junction, interleaf, force factors, contact pressures, methods of coherent optics.
