Quality Evaluation of Concrete under Consolidation - the Relation between Internal Quality and Electric Resistance in Fresh Concrete

ABSTRACT Evaluation of quality of fresh concrete under consolidation is one of the most important problems for quality control and process control of concrete in construction site. Management of consolidation works in practice is judged by experienced foreman, mainly by means of eyesight sense in Japan. Therefore it needed to establish the reliable method. The paper describes the experimental study to establish the method for evaluation of concrete quality under consolidation by vibration using resistance of electric current.
