Damage Detection of RC Structures Using Infrared Thermography
David B. Tann, University of Glamorgan, School of the Built Environment, Pontypridd, Wales, UK
ABSTRACT An Infrared camera will be used to obtain thermal images of structurally damaged concrete elements, such images will then be analyzed and correlated to the structural performance of the elements. A mathematical modeling technique will be established to help identify the internal faults of RC elements.
