In-Service Inspection of Fertilizer and Steel and Ship Building Industries

ABSTRACT There is a good number of fertilizer factories and steel and ship building industries in Bangladesh. Different NDT methods are being used for in-service inspection of these industries to ensure product reliability, to prevent accident and save human life, to maintain a uniform quality level, to lower manufacturing cost and to minimize the wastage of time and materials and for other benefits. These NDT services are being carried out during construction and after construction of these industries.
