The chief of the NDE Branch of Wright Patterson Air Force Base (AFB). Cordel's teams plan and implement Air Force NDE research and development. His NDE work is vital in keeping the military's aging fleet of aircraft flying. He has also led in the development of advanced fiber-reinforced composites.
