Presentation of online services of the DGZfP Information Centre on DGZfPÕs website www.dgzfp.de. The
presentation will focus especially and the following services: inquiry of publications and information
platform for standardisation.
Main topic will be an introduction into the inquiry of publications in the field of NDT, welding, casting as
well as steel and iron materials in the common database of national and international publications collected
by the German institutions DVS-Verlag, VDG, VDEh and DGZfP and close cooperation with the FIZ
Technik. The database is connected with an online shop where copies of publications can be ordered
directly. Access to this database and searching for publications is free of charge. Search masks are offered in
two languages: English and German.
Other services will be presented, e.g., the information platform for standardisation. This platform includes
various information on technical committees of national and international standards institutes. It presents
results of actual national and international standards work. Finally it includes a database on the titles of
national and international standards, technical legislation and technical regulations related to NDT and
neighbouring fields (e.g. welding or destructive testing). Access to this platform is currently restricted for
DGZfP members only.
