Any error in measuring/analysing of flight vehicle parameter will cause severe setback to weapon development programme. This paper discusses various factors need to be considered for identification of flight parameter, its measuring scheme, display scheme and software methodology with Fault Tolerance Capability for ICBM class of weapon system. Further, an onboard Fault- tolerant scheme for enhancement of reliability of critical subsystem is suggested.
