For these methods it is formulated and solved an optimization problem for one of the main parameters of spectral processing - resolution of spectral signal analysis on optimum probability criterion - false - alarm probability for signal detection.
A new non-traditional results is obtained - it is showed that under final signal duration optimum resolution mismatches substantially with a width of spectral signal density which permits to considerably simplify hardware realization of non- destructive testing systems.
