The definition for Quality, i. e. "Fitness for use" is judged by the application of the NDT techniques. Product's fitness depends on factors of different nature and no wonder NDT is playing as a prime key in deciding that. NDT by is name itself confirms that this is a process of testing the materials/products without destroying the same. We as a renowned manufacturer of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, etc. have a formulated Quality Assurance System to manufacture our products to such a level of Quality expected by Customers and also approved against the requirements of varieties of Codes and Standards. One can firmly say that NDT is the main criteria which helps to achieve this Quality by applying its various types of techniques like conventional Radiography Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Leak Testing and in special applications, highly sophisticated techniques like strain-gauge measurements, eddy current testing, UT through P- Scan, etc.
Knowledge up dation, physical verification and training are very essential in carrying out any NDT technique which inturn add to the assurance of Quality of the product, Personnel Certification Programmes as per certain stipulated rules and regulations controls the utilization of the product's quality and repeatability of test results are ensured.
