NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTING AND PART STRESS ANALYSING TO SUPER HIGH SPEED WIND TUNNEL

ABSTRACT
In order to calculate the latent capacity of the super high speed wind tunnel, nondestructive testing and part stress analysing has used. Along-with the change of tested objects, the design performance of this wind tunnel has not met the practical needs. Technical innovation will be conducted to heighten its employ performance. Before this, it is necessary to test and analyse its status comprehensively. A few defects are discovered by MT and UT. And the part stress analysing is conducted to them. The results show that the super high speed wind tunnel can meet the practical needs. So, repairing is not needed. Therefore, the time of technical innovating of wind tunnel was reduced very much. And a lot of money has been saved.
