In this article, the construction and operation principle of the computer-controlled ultrasonic flaw detection system for thin wall tubular product are discussed; the method and technique how to deal with the real-time signal of the computerized flaw detection are introduced; and the anti-interference measures adopted in this system and the working condition and result of the system are stated briefly.
