The transition from qualitative analysis of the processes of products magnetization formation to establishing of the analytic expressions for determination of magnetisation field and sensitivity of residual magnetization of products and magnetic flux in them to magnetic characteristics of materials and product sizes is realized, In such transition the accounting of allowed error of measurement the searching parameter of limit hysteresis loop, sizes and magnetic properties of material of the product is carried out.
For steel product the phenomenological of model of formation of the residual magnetization and demagnetizing field is suggested. The connection between distributions of magnetization and induction in products is established.
The principles and algorithms for design of systems for magnetizing the moving small-size products is developed. They allow to minimize weigh and size characteristics of such a systems, to measure the residual flux in the products near the region with stationary magnetized (and demagnetized) field, to decrease the sizes of testing means and time of measurement.
The principles of design for measuring transducers and algorithms for signal treatment which allow to realize the nondestructive testing of mechanical properties of moving longitudinal and transversal magnetized products are developed. They are applicable in wide range of changing speed of moving, volt-second square, amplitude and polarity of transducer signals.
On the basis of the solution of such a problems the set of new methods and devices with quantitatively news technical characteristics for testing of mechanical properties of large- scale manufacturing products is designed.
