This paper analyses the phenomena of Kernel's dead-dash resonant absorption, the character of Kernal and the hyperfine phenomena formed by mutual interaction of relevant electrons or the characters of atoms. The Mossbauer line, X-ray sent out from the radiation source, is very sharp, the energy position of its relative absorption body can be determined with great precision, which can make Mossbauer effect distinguish the hyperfine structure. Thus it can provide more updated information used in nondestructive test. Mossbauer chart subject has been used very extensively in many fields, such as chemistry, solid state physics, medical science, metallurgy, geology, archaeology, environmental science, materials science, etc. Therefore, it becomes an efficient research method. Our experiment is to measure the fine-structure of Kernal energy level with transmission method. We use some non-typical absorption body (such as nature iron, stainless steel, etc. ) to measure the Mossbauer resonance absorption chart of single width 5 Fer. Then we analyse this energy change semiquantitatively. Thus we can clearly understand the Mossbauer parameter. We try to use the new information obtained from this experiment in nondestructive test of new materials and new apparatus.
