Within second approach we create vibrodiagnostic system on the base of set of portable data collectors/analysers and specialised software. We consider that application of such system will help to turn from the plan maintenance of oil pumping station equipment to predictive maintenance on the base of estimation of real technical condition of equipment. Such approach will reduce maintenance costs in future. The system capabilities were considerably increased after including PL 302 Data Collector (Diagnostic Instruments, GB) and Predictive Maintenance Software (Entek, USA). Application of this hardware and software made it possible to build up databases for each station, train, machine, measurement point. Diagnostic criteria, measurement methods, eddy current and piezoelectric transducers, software were proved on several stations in WestSiberia (J/S "Sibnefteprovod").

Preliminary results show that developed methods, hardware and software are suitable for solution of practical diagnostic tasks in real environment. Next step will be expanding system capabilities in the direction of implementation of expert system features.
