ABSTRACT
In this article the comparison of size estimation of defect-reflector with various ultrasonic methods is presented. The AVG method which is used in Europe, has certain advantages over DAC method which is used in America. In our work some comparative reflector are described and their effect on realistic evaluation of defect size. The estimation for both methods is presented, especially for the case when DAC method is mandatory.
