Title:Research on the OEF control algorithm in laser Doppler vibrometer scanning manufacturing

ABSTRACT:In the laser Doppler Vibrometer scanning manufacturing the traditional graphics algorithm-f only considered the separation distance of the two rotating mirrors, the separation distance between the rotating mirror and convex lens, the mirror rotating angle and the lens focal length. And it couldn't correctly express the manufacturing track. The manufacturing track was made graphics distorted. Based on analysis of the reason and refraction law of light, a creative graphics control algorithm-OEF (Optical Entire Factors) was brought forward. From the creative algorithm it can be known that the graphics control algorithm was not only concerned with the separation distance of the two rotating mirrors, the separation distance between the rotating mirror and convex lens, the mirror rotating angle and the lens focal length but also the lens central height, the lens convex radius and the medium refracting rate.
