Training Activities

GABI SHOEF Ltd. conducts courses on N.D.T. Topics according to MIL-STD-410, EN-473, SNT-TC-1A to all three levels. Training, examinations and certifications can be carried out in Israel or abroad. Level III examiners are authorized by ASNT and Israel Civil Aviation Administration and in accordance with Israel Std 1031 (EN-473). During the last years the G.S. company has trained, examined and certified hundreds of NDT inspectors and few examiners.

Compliance with ISO standards

In order to follow the latest requirements of our customers our company has established recently its Quality Program in accordance with ISO Guide 25 "General requirements for the competence of calibration and testing laboratories".
Gabi Shoef Company is approved for ISO GUIDE 25 to under-go customer surveys in compliance with the above mentioned standard. Attached certifications given to our laboratory by the Committee for Accreditation and Certification of Laboratories from the MINISTRY OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY. The same from the ISRAELI STD. INSTITUTE.

Welder and Welding Procedure Qualification
We qualify welders and welding procedures according to ASME IX, MIL STD 1595A and others, all according the customer requirements.

Quality Assurance Services
Our company provides Quality Assurance Services of following nature:

• Consulting and organization of QA Systems according to ISO-9000, ISO GUIDE 25 or other customer standards and requirements for the purpose of productivity improvement as well as vendor approval.
• Survey and certification of suppliers and sub contractors. providing of Q.A. services for the Israel Ministry of Defense/SIBAT - Contract Quality Assurance for the United States Department of Defense.
