The CD-ROM will have a search programme based on key words and full text.

The complete contents of the CD-ROM will be also published on the Internet at NDTnet "http://www.ndt.net/wcndt2000". The spread of NDT information worldwide will benefit the entire NDT community. Internet publishing offers WCNDT authors the opportunity for much greater exposure than traditional publishing.

We would ask you to follow the instructions, outlined below, for submission of full paper as electronic file for the CD-ROM of the 15th World Conference on NDT.

1) The electronic file should be equal to between 4 to 8 pages of print including figures and tables.

2) The electronic file must be submitted in one of the following Microsoft Windows 95 or 98 compatible format:

i) Word for Windows (*doc)
ii) Adobe Acrobat Reader (*pdf)
iii) Postscript (*ps)

The electronic file should be named according to your assigned reference IDN.

ALL FILES MUST BE UNPROTECTED to allow transfer process to CD-ROM

ALL FIGURES and TABLES MUST BE CLEARLY NUMBERED according to the order of the text in which they appear.

If unable to send figures as electronic file, send as print. Please remember that all figures must be clearly numbered.

3) One of the following media for the electronic file must be used:

i) Floppy disc 1.41 MByte Disc
ii) Iomega 100 MByte Disc
iii) CD-ROM

To reduce the file size you may compress it by using "WinZip".

4) The electronic file should be sent to the Conference Secretary (AIPND) in the following ways:

i) Post, courrier service (DHL etc.)
ii) E-mail, as file attachment (to aipnd@numerica.it)

The deadline for receipt of full papers is 31 May 2000.
