10th Asia-Pacific Conference for Non-Destructive TestingFIRST CALL FOR PAPERS
The conference is an ideal platform for the members of the international NDT community to gather for the first time in the twenty first century and disseminate information The conference theme - Technology 2001 and Beyond - reflects on the advances of NDT through the twentieth century, consolidates the technology of today, and direct our path into the future. Concurrent with the conference will be an equipment exhibition.
Papers and Poster Displays are invited on, but not restricted to, the following:
- Fundamental and Applied Research.
- Equipment Design and Development.
- Inspection and Testing Application.
- Codes and Standards.
- Training, Education, Qualification and Certification.
- Process and Procedure Development.
- International and Regional Co-operation Programmes
- The history of processes and procedures

Abstracts should be of no more than 200 words, and must be presented in hard copy (posted) as well as soft copy which may be emailed to
Completed Papers
Authors will be allocated 30 minutes for their presentations. Completed papers, which should be original, unpublished work, must be received by 31 March 2001 and should follow the exact format as laid out in the acceptance letter package.
Proceedings Publication
All abstracts will be published as part of the conference proceedings, in a bound publication. Papers accepted for presentation will be available either in print or on compact disk. Selected papers will be published in NDT Australia. The official Journal of the Australian Institute for Non-Destructive Testing
