The conference provides plenary, sectional and stand reports, exhibitions of devices, discussions at round table.

-synchronous translation of oral reports from Russian language into English and from English into Russian
Additional information:
Theses of reports accepted by Organising Committee (size from 1 to 3 pages) will be published in collected articles of conference. Size of organisation fee for participants - 300$. Organising Committee sends additional information about conference, order of remittance of fee and rules of presenting of theses after receiving the information about participants.
Information about the participants of conference:
is sent by E-mail (preferably) of in letter separately on each participant of the conference and includes the following information:
1. As file File may be sent by E-mail, encoded by standard program "uuencode" (as established in Internet) or sent by post on diskette, formatted in standard format MS DOS (360 K, 1.2 M for 5.25" diskette, 720 K, 1.44 M for 3.5" diskette). Files on diskette must be written not only in the root directory but also in the directory COPY for increasing of reading safety.
2. As paper document in one copy, signed by all authors
At the worst case papers may be presented in duplicate on paper, without file copy. But in this case the Organising Committee is not responsible for misprints as the result of reprinting the text and formulas.
The size of papers can't be less than 1 page and more than 3 pages of typewritten English the A4 format pages, typed at interval 1.5.
Papers must include:
-title of report
-surname and initials of authors
-town and full name of organisation
-address of organisation
-annotation
-text of papers
-list of literature (with references if present)
Text on diskette may be presented in one of the following formats:
2. Text typed in editor MS Word for Windows with the font size 14 pt is preferable. In this case it is advisable to place graphics, formulas and other illustrations in text.
3. If MS Word editor for Windows is beyond the access you may use TeX (plain TeX) format, typing formulas in notations of this system.
If papers are not typed in Word editor for Windows, then you may use only tone pictures for illustrations, and this pictures must be presented in duplicate - one for pasting into text of the papers, and another is presented separately with the number of picture, title of report and surnames of authors stated in the bottom of picture beyond the margins.
Papers are not to include commercial information that can be typed separately according to tariffs for advertising accommodation. You may address for additional information to Organising Committee.
Papers may be represented to one of the following sections:
1. Ultrasonic methods of non-destructive testing
2. Ultrasonic technique, devices and technology
3. Ultrasound in biology and medicine
4. Ultrasonic methods of investigation of substance
Authors may point their wishes on section and type of report (sectional, stands) on the margins of paper variant of papers.
Payment makes up 300$.

Immediately after the remittance of organisation fee it is necessary to send notification with indication of all external data of wire transfer form to the address of Organising Committee (the use of E-mail is preferable). After the coming of your notification and money receipt on the account, Organising Committee sends the notification about money receipt within a week.
The distribution of conference program and official invitations at conference are made after money receipt on the account of Organisation Committee or your information on readiness to pay in cash on arrival.

Date of remittance of fee for participation in the exhibition:
till 31 of March 1997
The conference provides the organisation of exhibition. Functioning instruments, equipment, software, models of functioning or planning installations, production of firms can be represented as the exhibits. The exhibition is not free of charge. Payment is made on the same conditions as payment of organisation fee for the participation on the conference at the rate of 100 $ per 1 hour of demonstration of software or 300 $ per m2 of space or 1000 $ per 5 m2 of space.
