Since its foundation in the year 1983 the owner of Vogt Ingenieurbüro, certified engineer Goeran Vogt, as well as his employees are occupied in the field of non-destructive material testing.

With the foundation of the companies MPV Meß- und Prüftechnik Vogt GmbH and VOGT Werkstoffpruefsysteme GmbH, Burgwedel, companies aims have been divided into the field of services (MPV GmbH) and ultrasonic testing systems (Vogt GmbH). VOGT Werkstoffpruefsysteme GmbH is responsible for development, production and distribution as well as for service of ultrasonic testing systems for the non-destructive material testing. Next to development and production of self-made ultrasonic testing systems company Vogt designs and configures in co-operation with our Israelian partner ScanMaster Systems (IRT) Ltd., ultrasonic testing systems for mechanized and automated quality control. The jointly developed products, testing instruments and -systems for manifold application in laboratory-, production- and use in the field are distributed world-wide in connection with ScanMaster Systems (IRT) Ltd. ScanMaster Systems is specialized in squirter- and immersion technique testing systems as well as in production accompanying Go/No-Go-multi-channel ultrasonic testing instruments.

The all-digital, application ultrasonic testing instruments belong to the top class and are setting standards. They support the flexible, multi-functional use significantly.

Our ultrasonic testing systems are used branch comprehensive in the aircraft- and aerospace industry, in automotive- and steel industry as well as in universities and research facilities.

Together with ScanMaster Systems (IRT) Ltd. we realized more than 500 installation in 17 countries. Our instruments and systems do have a long life time and best performance as well as proved reliability.

Service and Advice
Our experienced engineers are always at your disposal in case of technical problems as well as questions about Software. We are pleased to work out solutions for inspection tasks together with the customer, and then prepare a quotation which accounts for the fixed demands.

For special applications we like to support you with the technical preparation of a user-specified specification. Feasibility studies are also done with the manifold availability of inspection instruments and systems. In case that the scope of work is bigger, we work together with our partner firm MPV Mess- und Prueftechnik Vogt GmbH. MPV offers services from feasibility studies, testing of first samples, laboratory analysis to inspection of small series. MPV is accredited as a test laboratory according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.

VOGT Werkstoffpruefsysteme GmbH deploys engineers from the fields of engineering, electronics and computer science, all with an additional training in non-destructive material testing. Level III and welding engineers top the profile off. This way there is always a competent contact person available for the special and complex tasks, problems and demands in the mechanized and automated ultrasonic inspection.

Hotline + Spare Part Stock keeping
VOGT offers next to a hotline also a testing laboratory for clarification of technical questions. Also trainings and short seminars for mechanized and automated ultrasonic testing as well as for spot weld testing are executed. Of course the most important spare parts as well as demo units, which usually are immediately available, are kept in our stock.
