A Comparison Sheet of Flaw Detector Specifications
Data Sheets of UT PC BOARDS
Originally we wanted to provide a comparison sheet
of specifications for this product range, and we struggled with it for a
time, but the provided information was even worse than that of the
above-mentioned
flaw detectors.
The products ranged from only semi-functional to a complete stand alone flaw
detector.
On the other hand, we were not able to add some of them to the provided
Comparison Sheet of Flaw Detector Specifications (above).
Why? We could do it, but we would have had a lot of empty table cells!
Finally we decided to present for each production a separate page:
Survey of Flaw Detector Specifications
Please fill out this survey - it could just make your next instrument
purchase a lot easier!
Plus, you could win a NDTnet 96-97 CD-ROM
Archive.
Glossary of Flaw Detector Specifications
This information can help you when you are struggling with the material
provided here.
If you are reading elsewhere, just bookmark it, or access the

Plenary Session on Ultrasonic Flaw
Detectors
This professional program presents further readings on the subject.
Actually this session is part of our current issue NDTnet 1998 May, Vol.3 No.5

Panel Discussion (UTonline Forum)
Chairman Linas Svilainis has worked in the
NDT-field at Kaunas University of
Technology since 1987. He is responsible for the hardware/software
development of NDT/NDE equipment.
His knowledge is concentrated on equipment design and ultrasonic data
processing such as deconvolution and structural noise reduction.
He will lead our exploration of the world of discussions with respect to
Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors.
