| Our experience dates from the development of the first digital wave form recording ultrasonic (UT) system in 1981. The original Ultrasonic Data Recording and Processing System (UDRPS) used real time digital signal processing to implement automatic target detection, a feature still considered advanced by today's standards. Although physics have not changed, today's systems take full advantage of smaller, faster, more powerful, and less costly processors and peripherals.
Most AIS employees are classified as professionals, and hold bachelor or advanced degrees in engineering or science. The company also employs electronic or ultrasonic technicians, most of whom hold associate degrees in technical disciplines. The average experience level of the professional staff exceeds 10 years and spans a range of industries. |
