Title: Ultrasound Simulator, Ultrasound Ray-Tracing

An ultrasound modeling package, UT-Sim, is being developed at CNDE. It allows the user to simulate an inspection based on a solid model CAD file. The interface to CAD allows the simulator to model geometry with any number of surfaces of any shape. UT-Sim is being developed as a part of the NIST program.
