The LS-25 is a full-featured scanning system providing accurate inspection results whether used for go/no go inspection or as a complete C-scan data acquisition and evaluation system. The LS-25 Series includes X,Y,Z, servo axes, manual A,B manipulator and ScanMaster C-scan software (Windows NT® operating system).
The basic system includes stainless steel inspection tank with rugged beam-mounted search tube and backlash-free, manual transducer manipulator. ScanMaster servo drives on linear axes for C-scan inspection within tight tolerance limits for accuracy, repeatability and resolution. Integrated high-performance upi-50 ultrasonic instrument, 1-25MHz bandwidth. ScanMaster MPI C-scan software (Windows NT® operating system) for part set-up, scan, data analysis and archiving.
