		CARTAGHO is a SME that manufactures strong liquors. It is seeking a 
		provider of equipment for the inspection of the product once it is 
		bottled but not yet labelled. The system would have to detect small 
		particles (< 2 mm)  of plastic, metal, cork, glass and wood. It has 
		explored some offers identified in the BBS, that offered solutions 
		using ultrasounds and artificial vision, but none of them could 
		detect so small particles, neither in cork, nor in plastic or wood.
