YXLON International X-Ray GmbH, COMET AG and PHILIPS Medical Systems GmbH have agreed on the transitional manufacturing takeover of tube heads currently produced at Philips Hamburg manufacturing facility. All parties are working together to quickly stabilize the transition period with the goal of safe- guarding and increasing the supply of tube heads available to YXLON customers.
The YXLON/COMET agreement combines the expertise of two prominent industrial X-ray companies. This union will not only encourage innovation but also enable the quick implementation of those innovations as they are developed. YXLON will ensure that customers' needs are considered when new tube heads are designed. In some cases, current tube heads will also undergo redesign to incorporate our customers' spe- cial needs.
In signing the agreement with COMET, YXLON has gained an effective partner in the industrial X-ray community. YXLON continues to strengthen its position as the world's leading supplier of state-of-the-art industrial X-ray equipment and systems.
