Bjarne Larsen died of a heart attack 31.05.2003 in his in Esbjerg home.
He is remembered for his leadership for the European NDE community, a very early fellow of the NDT.net forum and shared his broad technical experience with many colleagues. In his time as president of the 7th ECNDT 1998 Copenhagen, Bjarne Larsen leaded NDT.net to bring the 7th ECNDT in 1998 to the Internet. He will be sorely missed by his colleagues, friends and family.
