NDT Newsgroup Information

The newsgroup "sci.techniques.testing.nondestructive" is dedicated to the exchange of information and discussion of issues relating to nondestructive testing of materials and structures.
In February of 1995, Dr. Jones began the process of creating a Usenet newsgroup for nondestructive testing. In July of 1995, the sci.techniques.testing.nondestructive newsgroup was created, along with sci.techniques.testing.misc.
More details can be found in the newsgroup charter .

The newsgroup is gatewayed to the Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE) mailing list. The NDE mailing list provides a way for those who cannot receive the Usenet newsgroup to join in the discussion.

The FTP archive includes all of the postings to both the mailing list and the newsgroup.

Search the NDT Newsgroup Archive, is an excellent Search Tool for searching former contributions. You should select the further search options page for limiting the search to a certain newsgroup e.g. "sci.techniques.testing.nondestructive".
