This Month's Introduction

This month we are pleased to  present all 115 Abstracts from the Int NDT Conf in Amsterdam '98, held by the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission. Thanks to Ed Ginzel we can provide a chapter of his UT 2 Study Guide as Back To Basics literature. Other articles of this month's issue focus on NDT in Aerospace.
