This Month's Introduction
Advanced Ultrasonic .. - RTD	This Month's Issue features NDT in Chemical and Pipeline Industries and related papers from the NDTISS'99. We have also provided a couple of papers on Acoustic Emission and as usual,  this Month's Issue deals with miscellaneous NDT topics. Thanks to the NDTISS'99 we'll able to continue providing papers from this conference for the next few issues. We'll select papers according to the selected topic of the month, Weld Testing in April, followed by Radiography and Material Characterization in May.
Of course individual Authors are always welcome to submit a paper to NDTnet. Even if papers have been already published in print media,  most  publishers will not object to  papers being published here as well. The  last month's forum was quite busy, with more than 100 messages. The Alaska Airlines Accident has been  a popular subject of discussion, and the topic is still open. The recent "UT versus RT weld inspection on butt welds" (2.3.2000) thread is sparking a pretty heated debate, check it out and add your opinion!
