Measurement very low emissivity in coatings and surfaces

Dear colleagues,

I am looking for a simple equipment that measures directly the surface emissivity of thin coatings deposited on glass, aluminium or copper. The application is for quality inspection
sputtered solar absorbers to be used in thermal collectors for water heating. At 100 degress celsius the emissivity is about 0.05. The epsilon range should be up to 0.5 or more. The IR wavelenght should be the correspondent of 100 degrees up to 500 or more.

Regards

Vasco
