I Think the Belgian company you mean is SDT
We sell it in the UK
There is a mention on our web-page (www.sonatest-plc.com) more on their own site.

USA company is on www.sdt-usa.com

I dont think KK do this equipment, but their sister company stresstel used to.

: Has anyone heard about an UT testing system for stress monitoring of stay bolts (screw stay) in petrochemical items such as heat exchanger, etc...
: It seems that only two equipments exist: one of Krautkramer and one of a Belgian Company (STF).
: Does anyone have any information about that ?
: Thank you.
