THis is the trick.
You get 416ss alloy bar stock and Neodynium magnets.

The wider the face the better 7mm will do. Place the magnet between the bar stockthat you have cut down in to wheel hubs and place the magnet so that the N & S poles are faceing the wheel hubs you need about 10 to 15mm gap between the hubs to seperate the fields. depending on your load a 5cmx5cmx2.5cm magnet should do.
